Stress Management

Stress is how we respond to pressure relating to a certain situation or event. It can be a physical, mental or emotional response. We all experience stress at times in our lives. Our work, family pressures or financial concerns would be common triggers.

Stress can motivate people to achieve or complete tasks. However we often feel overwhelmed by tasks that we are struggling to achieve within the available time. Stress is a contributing factor to depression, possibly because we are failing to meet our own expectations.
